Could DPW supply tarps to be staked down where the invasive Asian Knotweed is cut down, so it can be smothered and it won't come back in the spring?

I reported a few months back that where the street and front of my yard meet the street is all broken up. I never heard back or got a resolution. Eversource is now replacing the main gas line on the street and it looks like they are making where the street and my yard meet even worse the patch job still has broken concrete. The street has gotten worse over time potholes and more open cracks with these construction vehicles is this street going to be replaced after the main is replaced because cutting and patching is creating more broken concrete around it. There are several trees about to fall onto neighbor property, from the Old Colony Rail Trail. When they fall, the trees will potentially take out the abutter's fence, and/or the abutter's smaller trees no their side of the property line. Resident would like about-to-fall trees cut up. See request #14570895 for the next tree over, which already did fall and broke the resident's fence.

Resident would prefer that DPW cut up the tree and leave the pieces for use in their garden. Resident did call Town about this situation but Town referred resident to Railway company -- that doesn't seem very likely to address the issue since Randolph DPW has maintained the Old Colony Rail Trail for decades. To get there, equipment must go to Rail Trail east of Belcher Park and then down a hill on the north side of Rail Trail.

Why does the town have exposed electrical wires right at the stop logs in the flower bed area? This pose a risk to unstable and harm to the community. Please address this with the many other issues on the rise in the community. Such has no viable cross walks on north main for pedestrians and Children.
Also the vast amount of liquor stores in a area which is not good for these sober houses in the area.

The path between the fence and the rez at Oak St. is very over grown with weeds and weed trees. It needs to be mowed and the weed trees to be removed before they get too big to remove.

The overgrowth at the brook is blocking the sidewalk and was only partially cleared last week. Please have someone finish the clearing to have the sidewalk be accessible. Thank you

Traffic leave BOA has a green light timed with the green light from Warren St, but the traffic turning left from Warren St does not seem to know that traffic is oncoming and takes dangerous lefts in front of cars going straight. Please put a sign for the cars turning left onto main st indicating that they need to yield for cars going straight. This is a major accident waiting to happen.
