  Flagging for harressment.. According to Quincy citizen its ok to drive by a school bus . So quincy citizen, you were one of the 2 drivers that i had to stand in the street to stop? Was it in the am or pm? Now i will collect licences and get that $ 600 fine for you. Thanks for not making kids safe.

  I passed by everyday around 7:15a NEVER NEVER seen the school bus turn on the flashing red lights- if i remember it is a older lady that drive the white school bus off brook street. Take pictures and prove your point.

  Please call QPD non emergency line at 617-479-1212 when this is occurring as this site is NOT monitored 24/7. I have reported this many times and it seems the bus only puts its lights on when the child is entering/exiting the bus not at all times, which is not illegal. If the bus is just stopped cars may pass by. If there is no other proof as a picture with the car and its license plate WHILE the red lights are flashing then there is no way for us to catch the offenders. It has been monitored in the past by a police officer and no offences occurred and unfortunately we cannot have a police officer out there each day as other emergencies occur around the clock so your best bet is to call when it is happening to document it and the offenders.

  Also, please stop closing the issues yourself. I am working with SCF to disable that function as the Admin's are the only ones who should be able to close issues. Thank you.

  Katie, im not the one closing cases. Qpd has told me not to bother with license numbers and video which i did have. They claim they dont have the time or officers to handle. My driver always has her lights and horn on! She knows this street too well. Ill contact MASsDOT, theyve been much more helpful than the city. Thanks for your time Katie
